An estimate at your prices, not typical ones: set a price on any line, upload a price list from Excel or change a whole group by a percentage.

Solispec picks the profiles and posts, checks the frame against snow and wind to the DBN and prices it down to the last bolt.
What it is
«My prices» lists every estimate line by group: steel, fasteners, supports, equipment, electrics, labour. Next to the typical Solispec price you enter your own; an empty cell means the typical price. New projects start with your prices, and inside a project the estimate shows the company prices.
How to use it

Open «My prices» and type your prices, or export the list to Excel, fill in the «Our price» column and upload the file back (.xlsx or .csv).

To update after a price rise, press «Change by ±%», choose a group and a percentage and review the changes before saving.

Create a project: the estimate, the proposal total and the payback are calculated at your prices.
Why it matters to an installer
The price in a proposal is your real margin, not an average figure from the internet. Prices set once work in every project, and a new exchange rate or supplier price list takes a minute to apply.
Start and the paid plans
On Start the estimate uses typical Solispec prices. Your own prices come with Pro, and with Business and White Label; installers in a White Label network start from the partner’s prices.
