Draft — under legal review
Partner Programme Terms
Draft. This document is a draft prepared by the Solispec development team and is under review by a lawyer. It is not yet in force. Translations are provided for convenience; if a translation differs from the English version, the English version prevails.
1. What the programme is
The Solispec partner programme lets you recommend Solispec and receive a share of what the customers you bring pay for it. It is run by the operator of Solispec named in the Terms of Service. Every Solispec account can take part: your organization's partner link is on the «Partner programme» page of your cabinet. By sharing the link or requesting a payout you accept these terms.
2. Your link and how a customer is counted
- Your organization has one code. It is in your personal link (solispec.com/r/…) and in the «Made with Solispec» mark on your proposals and website widget.
- When someone follows your link, we store a first-party cookie solispec_ref in their browser for 90 days. It holds only your code — nothing that identifies the visitor. The code also travels in the page address, so a sign-up in the same visit counts even without the cookie.
- A customer counts for you when they create a Solispec account within those 90 days. The first referral wins: a later link does not replace an earlier one, and an account is never moved to another partner.
- A customer only earns you a commission once they pay for a plan.
3. The commission
- You receive 20 % of the net amount the customer actually paid: after discounts and coupons, without VAT or other taxes the payment provider states, and less any refund.
- Payments by card (Stripe) and in cryptocurrency (Heleket) both count.
- The commission runs for 12 months from the customer's first payment. The rate and the period are fixed for each customer at that first payment; a later change of the programme applies to new customers only.
- The commission is accrued in the currency the customer paid in.
4. Who and what does not count
- Self-referral: your own organization, an organization that shares a person with yours, an organization on the same company mail domain as yours, or a payment with your own payment card (where we can see it).
- Accounts made only to collect commissions, fake or automated sign-ups, spam, misleading claims about Solispec, and ads that bid on the Solispec name.
- We may block such referrals and withhold or reverse their commissions. If we block a referral, you see it as not counted; you can write to us about it.
5. Refunds and chargebacks
- An accrual becomes available for payout 30 days after the customer's payment, so that a refund can still be taken into account.
- A refund or a chargeback reduces the commission of that payment in the same proportion; a chargeback won by us restores it.
- If a reversal comes after a payout, the difference is set off against your future commissions.
6. Payouts
- Payouts are made by hand by the Solispec team, on your request from the cabinet, once the available amount is at least 1 000 ₴ (or the equivalent in złoty or euro shown on the page).
- You choose a bank transfer to an IBAN in your name (or your business's name) or a USDT transfer (TRC-20 or ERC-20) to an address you control. You are responsible for the details being correct.
- We check each request and aim to make the transfer within 14 days of approval. We may ask for documents needed to pay you lawfully (for example an invoice or a signed act for a business) before paying.
- Fees of our own bank or wallet are ours; fees your bank or the network charges on receipt are yours.
7. Taxes
The commission is your income. You are responsible for declaring it and paying any taxes on it in your country. Solispec does not withhold taxes unless the law requires it and does not give tax advice.
8. Your data and your customers' data
- On your page you see counts and amounts only — never a customer's name or contact details.
- Your payout details are stored encrypted; in full they are seen only by the Solispec team when making a payout. They are processed to pay you and to keep accounting records, as the Privacy Policy describes.
9. Changes and the end of the programme
We may change these terms or end the programme with at least 30 days' notice by email and on this page. Commissions for payments made before the end remain yours and are paid out on request, even below the minimum.
