Your own equipment catalog

What it is

Under «Equipment» you add your own panel, inverter and battery models with the data the calculation needs: dimensions, power, voltages and currents. You can upload an Excel or CSV file from a template — up to 500 models per company. Your models appear in the equipment choice next to the built-in catalog, and a project keeps a copy of the model, so catalog changes never alter saved versions.

How to use it

1. 01

   Open «Equipment» and add a model in the new model form, or download the template.

2. 02

   Fill in the template in Excel and upload the file: Solispec shows what will be added and what will change.

3. 03

   Choose your model in a project — strings, mounting and payback are calculated from its data.

Why it matters to an installer

You sell what your supplier actually has in stock. The calculation and the proposal then match what arrives on site.

Start and the paid plans

The built-in Solispec catalog is on every plan. Adding and uploading your own models comes with Pro and is in Business too; on Start no own models can be added, and ones added before stay listed but are not offered in projects. In White Label the installers see the partner’s catalog.
