API and webhooks

What it is

Under «API & webhooks» the owner or an admin creates keys — read-only or read and write. A key acts for the company: projects and versions, clients, documents, proposals and prices. Business includes 10,000 requests a month and 60 a minute per key; requests above the monthly quota are not refused but counted and billed separately. Webhooks (up to 10 addresses) send signed events: a new version, a PDF ready, a proposal viewed, a proposal accepted, a report signed by an engineer.

How to use it

   Create a key under «API & webhooks» and store it — the key is shown only once.

   Add a webhook address and choose the events your CRM needs.

   Connect using the API documentation (OpenAPI 3.1) — the monthly request counter is shown in the cabinet.

Why it matters to an installer

A website enquiry becomes a project without copying by hand, and an accepted proposal shows up in the CRM as a deal by itself. Less routine, more time for sales and installation.

Start and the paid plans

The API and webhooks are in Business (10,000 requests a month) and White Label (no monthly limit, 300 requests a minute). Start and Pro do not have them.
