What it is
Business includes 3 team seats; each further seat is bought separately (€21/mo). Invitations go by email and last 7 days; pending invitations also take a seat. Roles: the owner and admins manage everything, a member creates and edits projects and clients, an engineer reviews and signs, and a viewer only looks.
How to use it

Open «Team», enter a colleague’s email and choose a role.

The colleague gets an email and accepts — the company’s projects are open to them at once, within their role.

When you run out of seats, add one under «Plan and billing».
Why it matters to an installer
A manager prepares the proposal, the engineer checks it, the owner sees everything — without passing files and passwords around. When someone leaves, the projects stay with the company.

Start and Pro have one seat. A team with roles is in Business (3 seats plus extra ones) and White Label (unlimited seats).
